Order Processing

We carefully prepare each order within 1-2 business days of receiving your payment. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two reliable shipping methods to serve our global customers (excluding some Asian and remote regions):

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
    • Includes tracking and insurance
  • Free Shipping (orders over £50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
    • Includes basic tracking

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs or unforeseen circumstances.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Verdura Garden Store purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our policy below.

Our Return Policy

We offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your item(s). To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

Due to their custom nature, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • All package deals (Elite Belmont, Elite Compact, and Elite Craftsman Package Deals)
  • DIY Materials
  • Components to Build Your Own Cages

Return Process

Follow these simple steps to initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all documentation and accessories
  4. Ship the package to our address (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility)
  5. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed

Exchanges

For exchanges of the same value:

  • Follow the same return process above
  • Clearly indicate in your email that you wish to exchange the item
  • Specify the replacement item you would like
  • Once we receive your return, we’ll ship your replacement item

For exchanges of higher value, you’ll need to place a new order for the additional items after your return is processed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
